JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead product lifecycle planning with a strong focus on PSI management—ensuring supply aligns with sales to meet business targets. The role also supports market analysis, planning, and product branding. The detailed key responsibilities are as below:
• Lead end-to-end product life cycle management, from development through End-of-Life (EOL) and replacement strategy.
• Conduct market analysis (segmentation, demand, competition, trends, promotions) to guide product development, positioning, and go-to-market planning.
• Develop and manage P&L with a self-budgeting mindset, ensuring profitability and ROI across product initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction to identify growth opportunities and proactively mitigate risks.
• Drive PSI management: Align supply and sales through effective monitoring of purchase, sales, and inventory. Work cross-functionally to maintain healthy stock levels and meet performance targets.
• Lead annual business planning and contribute to overall marketing and sales strategy.
• Managing Product branding image with MKT activities by cooperating with Field Mkt team & Marketing communication team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in a similar Product Marketing or Product Management role.
• Strong knowledge of the product life cycle, from development to End-of-Life and replacement planning.
• Experiences in PSI management (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• Skilled in MS Office; experience with Power BI and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
