JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking an L&D Executive to supports business units with learning needs, manages LMS operations, analyzes training data, and handles training logistics, including orientation, scheduling, and vendor coordination with details as below: 

1. L&D business partner 

  • Collaborating with stakeholders/BU to identify current and future training needs and skill gaps.
  • Provide advice/guideline on 70-20-10 development model & related policies and procedures
  • Support stakeholders/BU to implement and organize functional/technical training (if any) 

2. LMS Administrator:

  • Be responsible for user management, Content management, course assignment… over HRIS/LMS 

3. Data analysis and reporting:

  • Collecting and analyzing data on training effectiveness and program costs, and reporting insights to management for future improvement. 

4. Logistics & Operations:

  • Conduct new hires orientation training
  • Managing the administrative aspects of training, such as scheduling sessions, coordinating with internal or external trainers/vendors, tracking attendance, proceed contract/agreement, payment…
  • Collaborate with country/regional HQ to implement/nominate participants based on company/individual development plan…
  • Other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor 

JOB REQUIREMENT: 

  • 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, e-learning tools or LMS module is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of learning & development approaches is preferred.
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
