JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a focus on Learning & Development and/or Performance Management to support the design and implementation of people development initiatives and performance frameworks that drive business success with key responsibilities as below:
 
 
1. Identify critical workforce requirements, including skills, competencies, and performance outcomes, essential for achieving current and future business objectives. 
2. Design and deliver people development solutions tailored for all grades and functions. 
3. Develop tools to support the assessment and evaluation of leadership competencies. 
4. Provide consultation to stakeholders on Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and the 70/20/10 learning model. 
5. Develop training courses for eLearning and Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a focus on culture and soft skills (in collaboration with partners) 
6. Support implementation of related frameworks and policies 
7. Other duties within the scope as per Direct Manager’s requests
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of experience within relevant HR fields 
- Good knowledge of performance management/L&D concept, theories, related practices and tools
- Fluent English is a must 
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking 
- Ability to develop structured processes, policies, and procedures under direct manager’s guidance 
- Ability to analyze current business situation, business focus that support the proposed solutions
