JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Providing technical support of AC for Authorized Service Centers, dealers, Contractors ..
• Monitoring and reporting quality of Air-conditioner in market.
• Direct solving serious problems of Air-conditioner in market.
• Supporting customer in using, operating, installing, repairing Air-conditioner.
• Working with factory for quality improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduation or above in the field of electrical or cooling system.
• Having experience in Air-conditioner repair and installation is high priority.
• Strong technical, installation, repairing skills of electrical, cooling system.
• Be able to make report of issue and solve problem.
• Good computer skills, good attitude and manner.
• Good command of English and communication skills.
